Limited Lifetime Technical Support is available to all clients of our e-commerce and data driven applications and the Back-end Management Console applications, which is included with most custom e-commerce or data driven applications, as long as the application or the MMC has not been modified by anyone other than Ecom-Data Solutions™. If the application or the Back-end Management Console application has been modified in any manner, our current hourly rates will apply without exception.
